"Daddy was totally laughing at me," Josie screamed from her bed.
Norm came into the living room, head down, defeated.
"She was making this funny face like a fish. I had to laugh," he said.
It was another failed attempt at getting our daughter to go to bed.
Its fortunate, rather a miracle, that she actually stays in her bed. But I am realizing its probably just because the accoustics in our house make it seem like we are all in the same room anyways.
"You coming to bed, mom" she yells from under the covers.
"In a minute," I said in a normal voice just to test if she oculd hear me.
"Okay, mom." She yelled back like she was sitting on the couch right next to me.
